Safety Note

Full suspension means the person's entire weight is supported by rope. Rope that cuts off circulation, nerve compression, and an uncontrolled drop are all real risks that take years of dedicated training to manage well. Suspension should not be attempted without formal instruction from an experienced rigger, and spotters must be present.

A rope bondage technique in which the person being tied is lifted fully off the ground by the rope. One of the most physically demanding and technically complex practices in rope bondage, requiring a rigger with significant experience in both rope work and anatomy. Even partial suspension carries meaningful risk and should not be attempted without proper training and appropriate rigging points.
