Risk-Aware Consensual Kink — an alternative framework to SSC that takes a more candid position on risk. Rather than promising safety, RACK asks that practitioners understand and honestly accept the risks of what they're doing, disclose those risks to partners, and engage consensually with that knowledge in hand. Often preferred by people who practise edge play, where some risk is unavoidable and pretending otherwise would be dishonest.
